Package-fee protection

If the helper cannot arrive for a personal reason, such as visa refusal, disappearance, pregnancy or failure to pass the medical examination, the paid package fee may be retained in full and transferred to hiring another helper. If the new package costs more, the employer pays the difference. Detailed coverage, conditions and handling are governed by the formal Golden Luzon Services Agreement signed by the customer.

Indonesia-specific checkpoints

Alongside the Hong Kong visa and contract, the applicable route may involve consulate confirmation, an Indonesia medical examination, training, PAP, KTKLN, an applicable departure levy and travel arrangements. Names and requirements are rechecked for the case.

Overseas vs local finished-contract

An overseas case normally begins with Indonesia training, documents, exit and travel coordination. A Hong Kong finished-contract case first needs local-transfer eligibility confirmed. Physical presence in Hong Kong alone does not establish that route.

Prepare before signing

Prepare employer identity, address and financial evidence, plus the helper passport, current or completed contract and available Indonesia documents. The consultant separates Hong Kong-side and Indonesia-side requirements.

Local means the helper is physically in Hong Kong now. It does not automatically mean the helper can transfer employer in Hong Kong.

First establish whether the case is a finished-contract or other eligible transfer, or whether the helper must leave and be re-processed. Even when the helper is in Hong Kong, termination reason, immigration policy and document status affect the route.

Apart from the actual relevant air-ticket difference above the HK$600 allowance and domestic helper insurance purchased separately by the employer, there are no other package charges.

The air-ticket arrangement has a HK$600 allowance. If the actual relevant ticket costs more, the employer pays only the difference above HK$600. This is not unlimited free airfare.

Hong Kong domestic helper insurance purchased by the employer is not the same concept as any insurance item required for a particular overseas or origin-country process. The consultant explains them separately for the case.

Documents

Typical starting documents include employer identity, address and financial evidence, plus the helper’s travel document and applicable contract/application materials. Exact originals, copies, forms and origin-country documents are checked against the case route.

Processing time

No single duration applies to every case. A consultant first checks current location, processing route, document status and current official requirements, then provides a case-specific progress basis. This page does not publish unverified day counts.
