Cleaning steps

Check the umbrella safely
Inspect ribs, tip, fabric, and mechanism while closed, away from people and breakables.

Drain rainwater gently
Point the tip down over a safe drain area and let water run off without violent shaking.

Remove soil by the maker rule
Brush dry soil or use only the maker-permitted gentle canopy method; no invented spray.

Wipe frame and handle separately
Use a soft cloth and keep excess water out of joints and automatic mechanisms.

Dry open in a safe ventilated place
Open only with clear space and leave stable indoors in shade until canopy, seams, and frame are dry.

Close and store when fully dry
Bundle gently and place tips down in a clean dry stand without blocking the path.
