What to do

- The employer must confirm the grille is locked; stop and say the outside cannot be cleaned if conditions are absent. Stop the task if any condition is missing.
If something happens
After a fall or serious injury, call 999; do not move someone with a possible head, neck, or back injury unnecessarily.
