Steps

Step 1
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 210°C and line the tray with baking paper.

Prepare ingredients
Rinse and prepare fish fillet, remove inedible parts, pat dry with kitchen paper and keep separate to prevent cross-contamination.

Mix
Combine paprika, ground cumin, olive oil, salt, Black pepper in a bowl until evenly distributed with no clumps.
