Steps

Step 1
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2
Prepare ingredients
Rinse and prepare fish fillet, remove inedible parts, pat dry with kitchen paper and keep separate to prevent cross-contamination.

Sauté
Cook Spinach, olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring until softened or aromatic without scorching.

Drain
Drain Spinach thoroughly and shake off excess water gently without crushing.

Cut ingredients
Cut Spinach, garlic into even, bite-size pieces on a stable board and keep each item separate.

Mix
Combine Spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan in a bowl until evenly distributed with no clumps.

Season
Season both sides of the fish with salt and black pepper, squeeze over the juice of half the lemon and coat evenly; reserve the remaining half lemon.

Arrange fish fillet in an even single layer with space for heat to circulate.
