Step 2
Prepare ingredients

Step 3
Cut ingredients
Cut garlic, parsley into even, bite-size pieces on a stable board and keep each item separate.

Step 4
Mix
Combine breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, olive oil, unsalted butter in a bowl until evenly distributed with no clumps.

Step 5
Season
Season the prawns with salt and black pepper, squeeze over the juice of half the lemon and mix evenly; reserve the remaining half lemon.

Step 6
Arrange ingredients
Arrange prawn in an even single layer with space for heat to circulate.

Step 7
Add ingredients
Add breadcrumbs and spread evenly so the ingredients remain in the correct state for this step.

Step 8
Bake
Place prawn, breadcrumbs in the centre of the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes and check promptly at the stated time.

Step 9
Check doneness

Step 12
Serve
Divide prawn, breadcrumbs into four portions and serve at its best eating temperature.
Common mistakes
